Mount Everest Expedition - 51 Days

This 51-day Mount Everest Expedition is a complete high-altitude mountaineering program combining trekking, acclimatization, technical climbing, and a summit attempt. The itinerary includes a training climb on Island Peak to improve skills and increase summit success rate.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m) – Welcome and hotel transfer.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu and expedition briefing.

Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2,860m) and trek to Phakding (2,610m).

Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m).

Day 05: Acclimatization in Namche with short hikes.

Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3,860m).

Day 07: Trek to Dingboche (4,410m).

Day 08: Trek to Chhukung (4,730m).

Day 09: Acclimatization hike to Chhukung Ri (5,550m).

Day 10: Trek to Island Peak Base Camp (5,100m) and training.

Day 11: Summit Island Peak (6,189m) and return to Chhukung.

Day 12: Cross Kongma La Pass (5,535m) to Lobuche (4,940m).

Day 13: Trek to Gorak Shep (5,164m).

Day 14: Visit Kala Patthar (5,545m) and Everest Base Camp (5,364m).

Day 15-45: Acclimatization, training, rotations, and Everest summit attempt.

Day 46: Return to Base Camp and descend to Pheriche (4,371m).

Day 47: Trek to Namche Bazaar.

Day 48: Trek to Lukla.

Day 49: Fly back to Kathmandu.

Day 50: Kathmandu rest and sightseeing.

Day 51: Final departure.
